By enrolling in the Tattoo Supply Membership Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This program offers exclusive discounts on professional tattoo supplies and is designed to provide long-term value for serious artists and businesses.
Membership Tiers & Benefits
- Silver Tier ($24.99/month): 25% off all products
- Gold Tier ($39.99/month): 40% off all products
- Platinum Tier ($54.99/month): Wholesale pricing on all products
2. Membership Eligibility & Enrollment
- The membership is open to professional tattoo artists, studios, and businesses in the tattoo industry.
- Upon signing up, members will start at the Silver Tier and must remain at each tier for a minimum of 60 days before upgrading to the next level.
- Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Sharing membership benefits with non-members is strictly prohibited.
3. Membership Duration & Cancellation Policy
- Minimum Commitment: To prevent abuse of wholesale pricing, members must maintain their membership for 60 consecutive days before they are eligible to upgrade to a higher tier.
- Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel anytime, but if canceled before 60 days, they will not be eligible to rejoin at a higher tier for six months from the cancellation date.
- Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable.
4. Purchasing Limits & Fair Usage Policy
- Wholesale Abuse Prevention: The Platinum Tier is designed for consistent business use. Large-volume purchases may be reviewed to prevent reselling or stockpiling. If misuse is detected, membership may be revoked.
- Monthly Purchase Limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of certain high-demand products to maintain stock availability for all members.
5. Payment & Billing
- Membership fees are charged automatically every 30 days to the payment method on file.
- If a payment fails, the membership benefits will be suspended until the issue is resolved.
- Upgrading Tiers: Members must request an upgrade after fulfilling the 60-day requirement at their current tier.
6. Account Violations & Termination
- Misuse or abuse of membership benefits (e.g., bulk purchasing and immediate cancellation) will result in account suspension or permanent ban from the program.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the membership program at any time for any reason.
7. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
- These terms may be updated periodically to improve the program. Members will be notified of any changes.
- Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
